My windshield was destroyed in a Motel 6 parking lot a few years... I ended up finding a place that would make payments (since the motel, the maid that broke it and the insurance company all refused to pay for it, I'm pretty sure I posted about all that bullshit when it happened ) a guy from the company came out and installed it (breaking half the trim and most of the clips in the process) it's leaked in the right hand corner ever since, and they refused to send someone out to fix unless I paid for it, so I've had to live with that ever since, now it's leaking badly at the top right and occasionally on the left, so the seat and who's ever in passenger seat gets soaked, is there anyway to reseal it without removing the windshield, I've been to every glass place in the area and all say it has to come out and I can't find any place that will do it for under $200. way out of my price range

you can stuff butyl caulk in there. you can order the fancy butyl windshield sealant stuff from an automotive supplier online

or you can get whatever butyl caulk the local home depot has and pump it in there.

I have used clear silicone seal before for windshield leaks. If there is rust, you need to clean it out, treat, and paint or it may rust beyond your repair and leak again. Also, whatever you use do not create an area where water (even worse salt water) can collect. This can easily happen when repairing a top corner.
