WANTED Mics simple parts for my '87 Fifth Ave

Looking for that knob that is pressed in the Rear Defroster switch found on the lower left of the dashboard, or just the entire switch assembly. Also, the cigarette lighter found in the ashtray of the dashboard. Finally, a dent free right(pass) rear wheel molding.

I live in Kingsport, TN 37664 and I have Cash App.
