Mirada in the movies

There is a new movie out: A Dog's Purpose. About 1/3 the way through the movie you can see a bright red Mirada parked at the curb. Black hood, twin scoops, black wing on the deck lid. Visible maybe 10 seconds.
Interesting that when the producer wanted to depict early 1980's he chose a fairly obscure car to be in the scene. But, it is a uniquely '80's look.
As far as the movie, I really didn't care for it.
 
There is also one in the movie " Six Pack". Right before the last race between Brewster and Turk, the kids do a head swap on the cars. You can see that Turk's car is a black Mirada, even though they call it a Buick. Don't know why.

There's a movie called black box and the bad guy played by Kevin sorbo drives around in a all blacked out imperial just like the one in the picture that miradamegacab posted. The movie itself was ok. Also if you've seen the first hot tub time machine, there's a quick scene when they first leave the hotel and do a Birdseye view of the street and down in the bottom right corner you can clearly see a white 80's Cordoba for about 3-5 seconds.
