I'm following this. That would be cool to do. You would think the window regulator out of a 68-70 charger would work...

So do I. Chrysler could've easily made that window functional, but chose not to for some reason. plus it would make it alot easier to take the chrome trim off the roof.

A possible snafu I can see to making the windows operable is the rear wheel well. Doesn't hardly look like enough room for a regulator and glass to roll down into the quarter.

Yes, the wheel well is in the way to go straight down.

I'm trying to remember what car had 1/4 windows that sort of rotated when they went down for the exact same reason (wheel well). I know I saw it personally, MANY moons ago, just can't remember what it was on. Seems to me the top would rotate to the rear as the glass went down so it kind of sat on top of the wheel well.

Or the window goes part of the way down like the old sedans from the 90's on up. But it would kind of defeats the purpose.
