Awesome thanks for the reassurance I did mount the trans and trans mount to be safe and looks like we are good to go. Just gotta get ahold of brewers and see what clutch fork I need. I was planning on tuning a big block a body zbar but not sure if it’s going to work. But will hopefully make more progress this week

Up in the Great Lakes part of the country you don't need a water leak to rot out the front floor pans. Most of it is from salt water coming off boots and shoes soaking through the carpet in winter.
He might want to check the cowl vents and drains. The ones in my fury got clogged up with leaves and the water would back up in the cowl and dump into the passenger floor pan through the vent, rusted a hole in it. All it took to fix was blowing the trash out of the side drains.

Sorry for the lack of progress guys life’s been getting in my way buut I did find time to sneak away and bring home something quite special or to me it is lol.

1951 Chrysler 331 firepower for a steal with all kinds of extras that spins freely. I have no idea what I’m going to do with it but I officially own a hemi lol

Another long over due update. Was able to pull the rear and install my freshly rebuilt 8.8 out of a mustang, Calvert rear shocks and replaced all the spring bushings/deleted the iso set up.

Will do another thread detailing the install of the 8.8 once I get over this dang cold.

But here’s some pics yes it’s ridiculous lol but I like it and I just threw the 15x10 for SnGs lol

Once I get caught back up I’ll be moving onto the trans install and am looking for any insite on what clutch linkage to run not afraid to fab my own if needed but someone’s had to of installed a big block 4spd with mechanical linkage before lol
