not sure how i wound up with yet another car, but ive always wanted an R body...
81 New Yorker Fifth Avenue Edition with moonroof.
1st thing i did was put some whitewalls on some mirada wheels and replace the blackwalls & wire beehive hubcaps.
i might switch to a set of cordoba wheels later, ive got enough sets i can pick and choose.
if i had a complete set of the 81 new yorker aluminum wheels i'd put them on but i only have 2 (at the moment ).
the leanburn is intact and runs flawlessly; ive never had a leanburn equipped car that runs as well as this one.
it was a 1 owner car that was left to an old guy who couldn't keep/store it.
the paint is dead - apparently the original owner used a heavy cut polish......
i will prob repaint it in a couple of years, its a keeper

Nice! Looks MUCH better with the whitewalls and alloy wheels. Almost like a totally different car. Good choice.
