Parking brake cables

i was going to buy them, had them in my cart at rockauto. when i logged in today, says out of stock, i clicked the next page. now it no longer lists any cables.

i need the taxi/police cables (1980 volare) for the rear. does anyone have an OEM, Dorman, Raybestos or any other manufacturer number i can start searching with?

I checked under 1987, and it lists them in stock More Information for RAYBESTOS BC93531

87 will work ? 11in drums?

I have an 87 and I reused the stock cables when I switched from a 7 1/4 with 10" drums to an 8 1/4 with 11" drums

The only thing that I can think of is if 1980 has a different cable set up underneath running to the parking brake lever, so it needs a different length? I'm not sure. I'm assuming it's the same or close enough.

Edit: looks like 87 is 2" longer of a cable, you might be able to take that up in cable adjustment, I don't know, also it lists the 80 cables again just delayed

I'd get the proper cables since you're buying them anyway. Try local part stores, mine were from Canadian Tire.
