If others are like me and miss staff meetings, I never think to see if I have any PM's. Then I'll notice and find a PM was sent days or weeks ago. Out of all the things I've lost over the years, I miss my mind the most, the saying goes.

I've seen people responding to 3 year old ads.
Then there might be a problem with response time.
