I have been on FABO for some time and enjoy the site.
Having purchased a new 1977 Aspen with T Tops and also currently have 3 J body Imperials
These cars have not gotten the attention they deserve. Looks like there are more people that are fond of them than I thought.
ordered this with all the options
I think I got it in May of 77
1981 Imperial with 15,000 original miles
was mom's company car and she had a TC3 to drive. Dad told her that she was not to smoke in it, drive in bad weather or park it close at the shopping centers.
She said that if she couldn't drive it as she wanted then the car was "TO DAMN GOOD FOR HER" so she didn't drive it much. She also really liked the TC3 and drove it most all the time.
After it was a few years old, I told her I didn't want her driving it much so it didn't have a lot of miles on it when I inherited it
Hope to find other F,M & J lovers here
