I got the 3-M Stripe off wheel and used it last night. Works well and does not hurt the paint...however the paint looks so good underneath the decal on the trunk lid that I am working on will need to be buffed out. Also 30 years of wax and such make for some added reason to get it buffed out.

I used this...

And it did this....

I found these two products and want to know if anyone has used them with success.

This is some good information, wish I had known about that wheel a year ago. Thanx for posting.

Your welcome...I like it because it doesn't burn the paint. Did some more last night...switching to a corded drill tonight and going after it.

Make sure you read the instructions also...the rotation of the drill and moving right to left is the key to the fastest removal.

They work really good. I used one on mine for a few things. Only downside is the cost. At work they retail for about $40. But it is worth it to not damage the paint
