What year vehicle?
With or without Tilt?

I don't have either, but can look up the part number so you can have a better chance on finding one.

I have looked in almost every parts guide I have and this knob (and its screw) is not listed in them!

I then removed the knob from my '86 Fifth Ave (with tilt), to see if it had a part number on it - and it does not (which is very odd):

Note: part has already been re-installed onto my car - so, no, it is not for sale.

These steering columns ('80-89 FMJ) are made by Saginaw (GM) and same columns were also used in many (most?) GM products in that time frame. The knob used on GM cars were a bit different - but should still work.
