Sad AHB/A38 on FB

Poor car. If it were close to me I'd go see it and maybe save it. It's a legit Police Package; I see the extra welds. Looks to be an '82 or '83. Probably get it real cheap.

Well, an unscrupulous felonious person could take the fender tag, the doors if they still have the VIN, and the VIN off this and, illegally, slap it on another car they didn't have a title for. Just sayin.

They could do that but a knowledgeable person can spot a true AHB quickly. There are many extra welds in the AHB cars and several are easily seen quickly such as the ones under the hood and ones by just opening the back doors. Plus the VIN will indicate HD engine on the eighth character with an S for HD four barrel, 4 was the HD two barrel and P the standard civi two barrel cars.
