Would seat springs from a full bench seat '80 Diplomat fit on an '89 Fifth Avenue seat frame? Got one or two broken ones

I have no idea.
If you can get both seats upside down, you can measure the length between spring holes. If the same length, and if spring looks similar, then go for it.

OK, I will, seat springs broken on the driver's seat so I'm sitting too low and my seat motor doesn't work so it's worth a try
