I have a 77 Lebaron. Tried to top up auto transmission but fill tube is practically inaccessible due to aircon lines and various pipes and fittings getting in the way. I don't have this problem with my 85 Fifth Avenue or other Mopars. I can probably somehow get around it, but I'm wondering if anyone else has noticed it. Thanks.

You should be able to find funnels with very small spouts locally, both with rigid and flexible tubing locally. Rock Auto has them as well, in a fairly large variety of both metal and plastic variants. If the filler tube is buried, you may need a flexible type, but if it is just a long reach, the rigid type is easier to use (the flexible type sometimes needs an extra hand to keep the funnel steady).

Thanks guys for the advice. I ended up with this great funnel from Amazon. It is perfect for topping up transmission fluid if the filler pipe is awkward to access.

Yes I ran into trying to get in that tight space with a regular funnel too. Luckily I had a long skinny one too..
