I have one, but I am 900 miles from it. Hopefully someone else has one if you need it soon. An 80s m-body should be the same.

I think I jumped the gun on looking for a later blade fuse panel. What I really need is 4 to 6 of the fuse terminals I can add to my present fuse panel to add a couple of extra circuits. Anyone have an idea of what aftermarket/stock part number these terminals are? I know they are not the Packard 56-style (too large). FWIW I will be using a modified 81 or so Mirada under dash harness in my 65 wagon.
You are just looking for the brass terminal that fits in the fuse block?
Man, I just scrapped an '81 Imperial with all the wiring in it. I wish I'd have seen this first. If you've got a good picture of what exactly you need, though, I know of a couple of parts cars and might even have something lying around. If not, I might be able to find a part number for new ones.
