pass side window goes down 2/3 the way. have not taken apart yet,is there any -this is whats wrong answer -? and i see window crank rebuild kits online-are they for both power, and or manual like mine? tks gjg

It's not very common to have crank window problems. You're down to pulling the door panel off which isn't very hard and see what's going on. Probably something binding that needs to be cleaned and re lubed.

About the only thing that goes wrong with manual regulators is the teeth can strip off the rack but then the crank just freewheels.
