I would suggest in wetter/humid climates doing the brake fluid once a year. Here in Texas, its not that big a deal for the brake fluid (not as much moisture is absorbed). On my daily driver (96 ES300, I know, not a M body) I change my transmission fluid as stated above. Changed the brake fluid too. Black not so good (I spaced it off). I just paid to have it power flushed.
