Thanks Guys. '80 plymouth Volare, ford 9 inch rear, landrum springs, Firm Feel Inc Torsion Bars as well as Firm Feels solid k Member Spacers and Pitman/Idler arm Combo. and a Diplomat Police Car Steering Box. 360 CUI, cast iron intake, Quadra Jet Carb. early 90s log style exhaust manifolds, exhaust system was custom done by Hollsinger Welding in Loysburg, PA. its a pretty good runnin machine! were still tweaking, but hoping for more feature wins, have to start 12th this weekend due to the win rule, so we will see what happens!

How big is the track? 1/4 3/8 1/2? There have been a few try to run Mopes here with mixed results, usually not being the good kind. The same held tru here also many chebbies a token ford or 2 and maybe 1 mopar.... I ran the chebbies myself because of the knowledge base that was 'floating' around. Helped on a ford, and finally got it kinda dialed in, but the shoe running it wasnt the best out there... Mopars were and are a whole different animal to get set up due to the torsion bar front..

WOW, Thats a bigger track than what I used to run (short 1/4 and a short 3/8th's) What gear are you running? How tight ya turnin' the engine? Sounds pretty dialed tho, but how did you fair with a 6th row start?

4 Months of research eh?

Did you keep the transverse torsion bars up front?

Any little tips or tricks you would like to share?

I'm currently building an '82 Cordoba circle burner.
