your talking about the 440 right?
your talking about the 440 right?
Thanks all. We oiled the cylinders, gapped the plugs, and changed the points and condensor, and boom fired right up. It took about 10 min. for a lifter to quiet down. Ran it for 15 min. changed the oil, topped of fluids, fired up again and that motor purrs quiet! Trans went right into gear no problem and no banging in the rear. Now it on to the brakes.
No the 318 in the coronet.
I will trade you a set of 15x7 Magnum 500 wheels for the wheels on the Coronet.
Then your 68 would look more factory correct,
and my 80 Lebaron Coupe would look more Factory Correct.
or did you take them off your Cordoba to roll it around?
Didn't know if I should "pollute" the site with it.
I'm impressed. I can't part with anything. I'd sell my kids before my cars.
I completely agree. I'd leave it just as it is. I love stock. Not particularly interested in fast or loud. Great find!I'd love that thing stock with the 318.
Seems like everybody turns them into clones or drops in a monster.
I love seeing stock.
They get more rare everyday.
Well, the coronet is gone. My oldest son is going to college this fall and one of the cars had to go. I put both up for sale, and said I would keep what didn't sell. To be honest though, I was more partial to Modoba.
