Oklahoma is Chevy country, sadly. Very few classic Mopars, and, as with the whole Mopar hobby, vastly dominated by Metric Mopes at the shows and then A,B, Es. When I lived there I had the only M body for miles around that was on the road (I saw others in the scrap or on lawns with foot high grass)- never saw an F or a J in the 4 years I was there.

Didn't think so but I always feel it's my duty to get the digs in about getting us our own judging class instead of being terminally classed as "other"

On the contrary Mr C. I've been in OKC since 1991, with the Central Oklahoma Mopar Association since 1992....there's more Mopar, classics here in Oklahoma than you can imagine. Even the FM&J bodies come out when the weather is right.

To those Pentastar owners in OKC and surrounding states (and countries), this is by far the largest show venue we have had in YEARS! Located smack in the middle of downtown OKC on the River at Bass Pro Shops south parking lot, this is going to be a great event. Thanks for your reply Mr C.

MOPAR or NO Car.

I'm glad the show appears to be growing. But I stand by my words. I lived in OKC when I was stationed at Tinker , and for the population, I barely saw any classic Mopars (lots of Chevys though...my buddy was always being chased down to sell his 86 Monte Carlo SS), even at the COMA shows where the metric Mopars outnumbered the classics... and certainly not "more Mopar classics than I can imagine."

When I was there the show was not by the river it was held at a little park near Reno and Douglas? (I'm starting to forget the street names..I may be wrong there).

Anyway, I wish COMA well on their show and look forward to pics. Thoughts and prayers to those coping with the flooding there and in Texas.
