Unexpected database error

I'm getting the following error more and more frequently:

An unexpected database error occurred. Please try again later.

If I reload the page once or twice it usually clears up.

Is this my browser sending bad packages or is there a database problem?

Using Windows 10 and Vivaldi current release browser.

Had that yesterday and today (around 5:30pm). This time (8:30), no trouble.
