It is what the title says 462977 miles

This is one hell of a nice car for being put through the paces.

It's has to be a typo but it is a Mopar so, 1/2 million miles is no problem!
The title should only have 5 digits for miles and an "M" for "exceeds the mechanical limits".

I have to submit a database error to records management to get it corrected. The car has 49,727.8. So when it had 46,297.3- as in 3 tenths of a mile, about 12 years ago, someone fat fingered it. BAM- 1/2 million miles, just like that. Thankfully, when I went back to DMV today, the girl behind the counter was in my kindergarten class. She listened to me explain what I believed to be a entry error and she looked it up and gave me the instruction to get it fixed. I think I scared her a little with the "I went to school with you". Funny thing is she and I were in Kindergarten when this 77 was new.

Young pup, I started kindergarten fall of '69. I feel old now:(

Not sure how the DMV stuff is in New Jersey. Here in Wisconsin any car older than 10 years is exempt from odometer disclosure. When a car over 10 years old changes ownership, the new title would just say "EXEMPT" in the odometer spot.

That exempt thing is in Pennsylvania too and that made it a little confusing to the NJ DMV. I ain't as young as I once was. As my wife says, I'm 45 going on 90 ( and she is 47 going on 29- gets mistaken for our daughter's older sister)

I wonder what the highest mileage is that anyone here has put on an F,M, or J? I had a Volare wagon that I think was in the neighborhood of 150 - 160k once. Still ran good, but rust killed it.

I lost track of how many times my odo reset to zero kms. I'm pretty sure it has about 550,000 kms.
It's on it's second powertrain. A 77 Aspen donated it in 1994. I am third owner.
I think the rear end is actually it's third. The driver's seat fell apart about 10 years ago. She's got some GrandPrix seats in her now.
Second set of bumpers too; and these are rusted out now as well.
Good news tho, the original rad is still in her, allbeit with multiple patches. One day the top tank started to come off, what a mess. Just a 7psi cap too.
She's been thru quite a few sets of brake pads too. And lots and lots of tires. But she always gets the cast offs from my other units.
