Anyone have know where I can get replacement plastic headlights for'80 F body? I had used headlights from snow plow that worked well. I need to loose front end weight. can't get them from NAPA anymore. Not interested in the HID lights. This is just one of many additive measures.

You're talking about *maybe* 4 ounces of weight at best in difference. You're better off emptying your bladder before hopping in the car than worrying about plastic headlights.

Its all about weight transfer. F & M bodies have too much weight sticking out the front. My cars need to hook and sometimes the track conditions are poor. Ounces soon equal pounds.

Rules-Must keep battery up front but can put additional in back. This is why I am asking for a source to buy the plastic headlights. Don't think the problem for me, just answer the question.

I know this isn't part of your question, but will they allow you to use different suspension bushings that allow the front end to rise more freely?

To the Wagner #, it is available at Summit. The ones that I am looking for are a plastic housing with a plastic lens.

The Summit description says steel housing. What does yours look like?
