Those weights look to be about right (not counting steel wheel hubcaps, but including aluminum wheel additional parts).Civilian Steel Wheels: 23lbs

Going by 25 year ago memory: I recall the wheels mentioned in first post (not sure what official name is but I will use term as "Lebaron wheels"), are about ½ pound lighter than 10-spoke wheels – which are a hair lighter than snowflake wheels (but I don’t trust my memory from that far back).
Lebaron wheels are more than a pound lighter if one doesn’t reinstall the cap, C-bracket or middle part (which are all steel/metal).

Great for stock size tires, but if you want some meat, there's 15x7 Mopar wheels.
Exactly.The only size these wheels came in, that I’m aware of, is 15x6.0” – which is a bit narrow to a lot of tires used today.
The wheels on my 5th Ave, are 15x7.0”, for example
