Keep your eyes open on EB and CL. Stuff turns up. The A pillar pieces are tough to find as they tend to deteriorate with time, as do the rear cargo sides. The rear seat back is only attached with a few screws unless you mean the release button mechanism. I looked for quite a long time to find a passenger remote mirror, but finally scored one off a black Volare wagon that I bought just for the parts out in Oklahoma. I got a TON of parts off that wagon including the entire interior and a set of great Road Wheels.

That's awesome! I've noticed on the a pillar trim, and will check ebay often. Do you still have the trim from that wagon? I might be interested if you do. I believe that my car is supposed to have it, the PO removed it and just put bondonin the holes!

My wagon, OY (Old Yellow) is a base wagon, and never had the wood trim option so I didn't take the trim from the black wagon. Took just about everything else though. You should keep your eyes open for a wagon or sedan to buy just for the parts. I've bought two wagons online, traveled to get all the parts off them that I wanted, and then left the carcass for the seller who was only too happy to be able to sell the remains for scrap. It's always worth asking! I know that the seller of the black wagon that I stripped had the shell advertised on CL in Tulsa OK after I was done with it, but I haven't seen it now for quite a while. Don't know what happened to it.

Would you be able to snap some pictures/give me specs on the bolts/screws you mentioned? I'm talking about the metal arms that attach to the metal partition that covers the gap between the back seat and cargo area when the seat is folded down. I can snap a pic of mine to clarify if necessary.

Just so you are aware, adding a passenger side remote mirror is not a simple or quick job.

Ill check into that. I wouldn't mind a manual mirror, but from my research I have found that they only made the remote style?

The pattern of holes in picture #2 on post #2 of this thread is what you will need to drill in the door. Then you will need to remove the door to remove the knockouts to route the cables to under the dash. After that there will be some dash disassembly to route cable to kick panel below steering column to mount adjuster. I added dual sport mirrors (car originally had only a drivers side mirror) to mine a very long time ago but remember the pain it was quite vividly.

That is true 7T8 Custom. I was surprised just how much of a job it was to take the RH remote mirror OFF of the black parts Volare! That one piece alone took the most time of anything else that I removed from that wagon. The worst part was trying to get up inside the door to remove the nuts and hardware holding it on. It was a bear to get the cable out too. I'm not looking forward to installing it on OY. Maybe I will, or maybe not.

Installing the mirror (for first time) is not a fun job.
I would say it is worth it when you have other work in the area to be done (like if a person has to replace a power window motor as well as a heater core – for example).
I want my Sport/Bullet mirrors to be painted body color (currently in primer) – so I may wait until time to overhaul the car, possibly.
That said, I really miss not having a mirror on Right side.

TIP: very important tip when removing any remote mirror (from a donor car): Do not pull on the cables, do not pry on the cables, and do not pry on the black plastic clips that hold the cables in place (just cut the clip).
What will happen is the cable(s) will get kinked and it will cause you problems, basically, forever. If you adjust a mirror with a kinked cable, the mirror WILL, return to its previous setting, EACH and EVERY time - within moments of releasing the knob.
I have found no way to “de-kink” a cable either.
IF you see a mirror with a kinked cable for sale – keep walking (unless you need it to fill a hole before selling the car).

I have 4 perfect crack free cowl covers and also the hood to rad support seals.
The cowl covers are dusty but a good washing and a quick hit with the sem plastic black paint and they would look new or just wash and us as is.
As for the Bolts/hardware that attaches rear seat back to divider.
If you could post a couple pics, of where they go, ive got them, I just cant recall the types of fasteners off the top of my head.
