so all in holding coolant and no leaks. used a gates hose 20958 as the lower. if like a glove with no trimming. no to work out the other gremlins from it sitting for 9 months and will be able to daily it again. i'll try and get some pictures when its not so cold or dark out
thanks for the hose info. should have reread this thread before starting the job earlier today. its mounted in but i forgot to get pics. will worry about a fan later and will just run the factory one till there is a problem.
