SO we sourced the lower plates and poly biscuits.... Turns out the upper plates/shock mounts are trash too...... Soooooooo......anyone have a set they wanna sell? LOL Or are these "unobtanium" ??

My son had the rear ISO mounts fail on him today....the u bolts sheered......butt end of the car dropped, axle separated from the leaf springs.... I have never heard of this happening.....but...it happened.....All I can figure is that the ISO stuff failed and resulted in stress on the u bolts...

So what would be the consequences of a piece of that alumabond stuff , should it fail, getting into the carb/manifold? Given the design of the intake it wouldnt drop right in.....but it could eventually work its way into a combustion chamber..... Think it would cause damage?
