    I swapped a 360 into my /6 wagon this past winter. The original rad was looking pretty good so i reused it. Had to build spaces to move it over a couple of inches so the shroud would line up properly with the V8 but otherwise.....no real issues. Mind you I live in Eastern Canada and we don't...

    agreed. Paid $6,500 range for a relatively rust free survivor /6 '79 Volare Wagon back in 2021 was a fair price for a clean car that needed some tlc to tidy up......A '79 360 swap later and look out !

    I don't have it on me but it was different then the one listed above...while that link lists it as applicable to St. Regis Newport and the F bodies....the '79 parts book he had said otherwise. Once he looked up the proper number he was able to put his hands on both side by side. The F body...

    Thanks for the help all! In talking to Silkes....that part listed above would have been too short for a Volare....but he was able to find the right # out of the 79 book and lay his hands on the piece. Its in the mail. Appreciate the assist

    79 Volare - with AC. No vacuum at the blend valve under hood. Blamed a possible broken vacuum line but once I pulled the HVAC controls I found a broken cable from the temp control. Are these cables different between ac and non ac cars? Probably no aftermarket source?
