making progress. made new hangars, hung the springs and put weight on it. seems to be good. if someone can just peek under their car and see what the clearance is between the axle and frame loaded on your car would be great. i took pictures of mine but managed to lose them

081 no longer exist. thats why i bought the ones fro mancini. also confusing, states 2" longer, but it needs to be 4 inches longer to use SS springs. FMJ are 24 inch fronts. looks like you had P4122279, no longer exist either

how did it fit with it only having 20 inch segments and the only front hangar i found were on 2 inches longer

the ARE adapter is what i got from mancini. says to use the 22 inch front segment E body spring

yes, getting rid of the OEM garbage design. had some MP circle track springs, advertised as the OEM spring for the A43 cars. but they are 2 inches too short in the front segment. probably going to order a couple B body XHD springs

how do people run SS springs? there was a MP front spring hanger, discontinued, Mancini sells one, but it is for E body springs with 22 front segments. the SS springs all use the A body pattern 20inch front segments

going caltrac and new springs, got the extended hangars, but a slight issue. the studs are off a few millimeters, but enough to cause issues. enlarged the lower holes, hangars now fit, but i screwed up. the circle track springs i bought are 2 inches too short. so now i need to get the right springs.
