    so threw a couple hours at it today. decided to finish stripping the first torsion bar of its brackets. cleaned it off, found the riveted spots. drilled two small holes in it. came off pretty easy.

    on a side note i had a couple of plates made to box the lowers. yes i ripped off FF but saved a couple weeks and a couple bucks. the Canadian dollar sucks plus the shipping. easier top just go a couple of KM to the shop here

    i had to air chisel gently and still wouldn't come aprt like i thought it should. turns out the rubber is welded to the clamp and the middle. was a pain in the to remove the clamps and then the rubber itself.

    turns out my crossmember is slightly bent. i canot get the swaybar out. will need to pry it apart. times like this i wish i had a Port-A-Power

    with all the bits off, time for the work on it. strange , the bars are mount differently. one is bolted, the other is pinned.

    amazing stuff. other than cleaning off the oil/grease there is nothing to do. this was 48 hours soak.

    i have the kits, i know where the bushings go, except two, there are two round bushings. they don't fit the lower or the upper bushings, where do they go?

    a roller cam the lobes are flat with no taper. if you run roller on a flat cam the contact point is too small and will burn the cam and roller
