Your steering gear (box) may not have to be replaced as an assembly. The power steering return and/or pressure hoses could be the source of the leak or at the top of the steering gear. If the leak is under the big round cap on the top of the gear, Chrysler had o-ring seal kits for that area...

Addy's exterior paint isn't two-tone. The clear coat has really went to pot, as I was physically unable to keep the paint waxed every year. I believe it's the Twilight Blue, but would need to take a pic of the fender tag to see what the paint code is.
