The E body steering wheel is a nice touch...nice alternative for a "sporty" wheel for one of these.

    1988 5th brake rotor/drum questions

I'm doing the brakes on my 89 5th Ave and used partsavatar.ca and got everything I needed for cheaper than I could locally. It also had free shipping which is pretty unheard of for a Canadian company. Be careful though... they labelled the front calipers as left and right for the same part...

    Hood insulation removal

Hood pads are a must for my daily driver M's. In winter the pad really keeps the heat under the hood when you have it plugged in over night.

    1958 Imperial

Not an Imperial. 59 Windsor ...side trim is a dead giveaway.

    Hood insulation removal

It's painted under the pad. The insulation is to keep it warm under the hood in winter...something needed in Canada I can tell you! Replacements available: Hood Insulation - DODGE - Page 1 - Class-Tech-Cars.com

Welcome from Manitoba! Being from Ontario, I know all about how salt destroys cars. I loved my 81 Cordoba, but she's long gone now.

    Schumacher is back.

Good to hear...even though I have no engine swap projects at this time, it bugged me that the conversion mounts were not available.

    Stuck cassette in cassette player...

With a casette in, the flap should be kinda open...anyway...hold it open so you can see inside. On the passenger side top corner of the cassette hole, you should see a metal tang inside...with like a 90 degree bend . Use a small scewdriver and push the tang forward...the cassette will pop up.

    Power window "slipping"

From my experience the Ford pucks are longer and not a drop in replacement for the Mopar...they'd need to be ground down.

witch 2 bl carb to replace the lean burn one

Depends of if the car was originally a 4bbl or a 2bbl. When I swapped my 77 T&C I went with a ported vacuum equipped TQ. When I swapped my Diplomat, I went with a ported vacuum equipped BBD.

    Front Vents not working

According to the FSM, a problem with air distribution is one of 4 things: 1)Faulty vacuum actuator (it's on the end of the air box) 2)Vacuum line pinched/ disconnected from actuator 3)Air duct restriction (something in there...mouse nest etc.) 4)Faulty selector switch
