I never have figured out why they dont allow a spool, (Tracks around here are the same way) its no gain vs welding. It just does away with the spyder gears and the cross shaft.End result is exactly the same. Locked together axles...

I've only had 2 others before the 3 I have now, and only had to purchase 1 of the 3. The first two was way back when I was in late teens early 20's. First was a 52 Dodge p/u, dont really remember much about it or how i even aquired it, was a flat 6/4sp, and actually a POS. Second 1 was a 72...

Is there any reasons given for the closing? (other than I assume is money) Doesnt seem wise to have a facility like that to close, looks like that will be costly to.. disposal of the cars/items or storage and then the building itself to just set and go to hell...:sad3:
