i'll try and get pics of what looks like the former police equipment when i can. there is a GE fusebox on the passenger side and some old cut grounds on the drivers side.

Trying to fix the wipers. Pivot nut won't come up. Just spins around and around staying in place. Passenger side one came up no fuss. Any idea what's up? I guess it's stripped. Any time I'm able to turn it by hand it just re-tightens but can be moved with the 7/16
