My 88 5th Ave suddenly doesn’t have brake lights the brake light switch tested good and the 3rd brake light still works as well. The blinkers and everything else works in the rear just nothing when the brakes are pressed.

I have a 1988 fifth Ave it lost rear brake lights suddenly I checked all the connections and everything checks out I have checked the brake light switch and it is working as far as I can tell I just have the 3rd brake light functioning at the moment the park light and blinkers work thank you

I could tell with 99% certainty that I don’t think it’s ever been rebuilt it does still shift good no slipping it’s just undriveable because of the bearing I also think it could use a new slip yolk bushing.

I need help with my buddies fifth avenue it has play in the drive shaft it doesn’t feel like the u joints the feel tight but it looks like there’s a carrier bearing that has play right past the trans but I can’t find it anywhere online. Please help me find the part or figure out what the problem...
