1978 Mexican Spec Dodge Super Bee - 31203B
Hello friends.
We don't see many of these.
Here we have a 1978 Dodge Super Bee.
This is based on the Dodge Aspen/Plymouth Volare.
Take notice of the Dodge front end and the Plymouth rear end. This was common on Mexican cars to differentiate the car from the US counter part.
Under the hood is a 360 V8 that has just had a tune up and service.
It is a floor shifted automatic. I have seen very few manuals in this F Body while there were no automatic Super Bees from 1970 - 1976.
The car is wearing its original rally wheels wrapped in brand new tires, all 5 are new.
Usually the grille is broken or doesn't fit right, but if you look at the fitment of the grille on this one it is way above average.
There is no fancy stripes on this one, just the Super Bee sticker at the back. I guess it could be considered a sleeper of sorts.
The heater controls seem to be missing from the dash. I can get the explanation on that if requested.
The interior is passable but can be made nice again.
This is a good price for a good car. It is not perfect but what car is?
Try and find another one this clean with no rust.
