1980 Mexican Spec Chrysler Super Bee - 51230H
Hello Friends
This is a very special car.
Here we have a 1980 Mexican Spec Chrysler Super Bee.
This was the last year the Super Bee name was used. In 1981 The Dodge Magnum came out to take its place.
You might notice it has the Plymouth Volare front end while using the Dodge Aspen rear end.
Under the hood is a 300 hp 360 V8 mated to a floor shifted automatic transmission.
One thing that makes this car very rare is the factory air conditioning. Most of these cars didn't get air.
The car is in really nice condition, not perfect however.
It runs and drives very well.
One issue that is popping out are a few bubbles on the right and left quarter panels.
There is no rust anywhere else. This is in its early stages so it can be handled easily.
The wheels you see in the pictures are original to the car and it will come with new tires.
The interior features blue cloth covered front buckets with a matching rear seat.
The blue Tuff steering wheel is also original to the car.
Aftermarket valve covers have been added. That should be good for at least 7.6 more horsepower.
This is the most original 1980 Super Bee you will find and especially at this price.
Most of these cars have been messed with and those are not the cars you want.
