Help! I recently replaced the battery in my 1981 Imperial and now the horn will not stop blaring. I am guessing that it is the result of an alarm, but not sure. My Chrysler Service Bulletin makes no mention of this. Thank you in advance for your help.

Chances are it's not an alarm. Doubt Imperials had a factory alarm, and alarms usually honk the horn over and over, not a steady blast.
Just shooting possibles out.
Try checking the horn relay for being stuck "on", or being energized. May want to try removing the horn pad and unplugging it (if possible on Imps) if the relay is being energized.

That style steering wheel is common for horn button failure. If you don't want to mess with the steering wheel you pull the horn relay and use a multimeter to check if that's the problem or not.
