Selling my '87 Fifth Avenue. It needs paint. Otherwise very nice condition. EVERYTHING WORKS, including cold a/c (converted to R134). Interior is very good, no cracks or tears, headliner doesn't sag. Beautiful sofa-like "Corinthian" leather seats. Even has original radio with Graphic Equalizer and a joystick to adjust balance and fader. Totally tubular! (80's slang; look it up.)
I bought this 4 1/2 years ago and have put 17k miles on since then. Odometer shows 30K; I think that means 130K. (it's too nice for 230 and not nice enough for 030). Since I've had it I replaced all belts and hoses, water pump, plugs, plug wires, distributor, fuel pump, a/c compressor, battery, front brakes, four tires and the windshield, and I rebuilt the carb. Runs and drives great. Gets 14-19 mpg, usually about 17. Always passed smog (3x since 2019). Current registration.
But yeah, it needs paint.
