4 speed shifter name ?

confused ,,ive been told the shifter in our 4 speeds are made my inland ? but i see hurst stamped into them ,,whats the deal ??

IIRC there were different manufacturers in different years...

77 was hurst then i can verify

Hurst was a regular supplier, even though Inland was primary supplier, certain options may have included a Hurst

From what I've heard, the Inland shifters are crap but the Hurst shifters are pretty good. Unfortunately the OEM Hurst shifter isn't the same as an aftermarket Hurst. They're cheaper versions to make the bean counters happy.
