76 Green Cordoba - Boston - Help me...lol

I've pinged the seller but heard nothing yet.
Trying to get pics of the underneath.
If someone lives in Boston, northwest merrimack bedford billerica... would you have time to go look at it?

Seller called me .... OMG finally someone actually called back.

Says:
He is the second owner, his uncle had it before him.
Has about 100,000 miles on it
Both quarter panels have rot
The area at the top of the shock on right side is brittle and needs replacing. (which sounds hard to me, but someone has faced this problem before)
Some pinholes in the rear bumper
Missing two beauty rings for rear wheel wells

Asking 3200
Light green exterior, white seats (bucket), floor shifter, 400 engine says everything is original except master cylinder, radiator and tires.

I'm guessing its about 800 or so to ship it to me.

What do you think?

I would want more pictures.
2 or 3 of engine compartment,
2 of trunk.
Pictures showing the rotted areas and more showing the missing trim (not exactly sure which he means - but have an idea).
a few pics underneath the car.

The front shocks use plates just like what FMJ's use (might even be the same plate) - so if he's talking about in front - that should be easy to fix.
The rear shocks use a cross bracket much like what FMJ's use underneath the car - and is not a part that rusts - so I wonder.

The car has potential - but I would still want to know more about what your up against before pulling the trigger.

I even had my brother call him and inquire about the car. He didn't take his phone call either

I'm thinking it must be the Texas accent.
I believe I sound normal, but these sellers must think something else.

Guy won't answer my phone call today and I have no new pictures.
Its beginning to feel like the classic ''' Oh somebody local wanted it and I already sold it to him even though you inquired first. '''

But you know ... I do have that console from Kurt

So really, I just need a cordoba to put under it.
