81 Chrysler Imperial

I just purchased an 81 Chrysler Imperial with 13,500 miles on it. I need to replace the speakers in the dash,
but do not know how to remove the dash to access the speakers. Does anyone know how to do this?

Pictured is the hard plastic speaker cover piece, upside down.
Notice the clips, especially the 2 that are closer to the soft dash pad.
Simply use a flat screwdriver to pry in between the soft dash pad and the hard plastic speaker cover, in-line with those clips.
Prying the plastic cover up.
