yup i have a complete dash with a good cover ,the one in my car is a mess so i want to remover the padded part from the good one and glue to the bare frame dash in my car. i still have surgery fog head yet

You are better off just swapping the dash shell, the pad is part of it and formed directly on it as it's backer

Honestly you will never get the vinyl and foam off without destroying it.
