It doesn't look like a police package car, but I could be wrong. It looks like any other run of the mill 2bbl.

I'd rather buy a junk 'Cuda that had been used for target practice. At least that would have a resale value

Definitely not a Police Package either. Quickest way to tell is it does not have extra welds under hood (along with other extra welds). And way to ugly it up with the stupid passenger side view mirror on fender. Clean car but yes way over priced.
