87 Gran Fury power door lock control panel

The control panel the drivers door if I want to pull it out does it just come out with some pressure ? My right rear power window isn't working not sure if its the switch or motor also the small door switch does that pull out? thanks

There are screws in holes in the plastic below it. They are pretty easy to see. The end tucks under the part with the arm rest.
