Not a 3rd world country export , I actually took that pic from my 76 SE , Ontario Canada . It’s from 1976 the 1st year Canada switched to the metric system , I was never able to determine for sure , but pretty sure that was either an aftermarket or dealer installed inlay to help motorists convert from miles to Kms , it is an overlaid sticker that says C 1976 Meteedo patents pending , also 10 mi = 16 km in the corner , googling Meteedo doesn’t come up with much

I found that particular picture while looking speedos up on bing pics search engine, Brevets is French for Patent however I thought it was only 3rd world since that same sticker was used on some F-s I have seen in Mexico.

Does it being a French word make any more sense?

Down about 15 rows.

Anything else odd about the car or cluster that you might recall? Thank you for sharing the backstory on that pic.
