Just about anything that's not from an A-body with the BVD bolt pattern (5 on 4"). Those cars, for some reason, had a weird axle/drum offset. Everything else I've tried interchanges as long as you use the right brake parts for the backing plate you're using. We put a '73 8.75" large-pattern truck axle into an '88 W150 and used the backing plates from a '99 Ram 9.25" with the original '88 drums. Just for grins (and to confirm a suspicion I had), we ordered all the guts for a '67 GTX with a Dana. It all went together perfectly.
