Just about anything that's not from an A-body with the BVD bolt pattern (5 on 4").  Those cars, for some reason, had a weird axle/drum offset.  Everything else I've tried interchanges as long as you use the right brake parts for the backing plate you're using.  We put a '73 8.75" large-pattern truck axle into an '88 W150 and used the backing plates from a '99 Ram 9.25" with the original '88 drums.  Just for grins (and to confirm a suspicion I had), we ordered all the guts for a '67 GTX with a Dana.  It all went together perfectly.
