We all get gravings for it from time to time. My fiancé tells me to do something useful while I´m at the site. I think we could learn something about BBQ from each other. She wanted all sorts of recipes, marinades and cocktails but I think it would be more manly if we spoke of BBQ instead of vegetable soups. Share your specials here!
PS: passion for cooking began when me and my wife tasted some Jack Daniel´s marinaded chicken breast on local Tex-Mex franchise restaurant.
My experience of BBQ:ing was only once with coal grill when I grilled some pork chops, already marinaded on the beach. Ended up with burned eyebrows and a horrible hangover...
