Broken swaybar sleeve bolts

It is also a mystery to me. I try first of the weekend when I have time to give it a chance. The life of a mopar driver.

I still can’t picture that section of steel to be broken off (and I’m not doubting you).

The best fix (if parts were still available) would be to replace the torsion bar end (the part that is broken with the shell that connects to the control arm) – but hadn’t seen one for sale for a few years now.

Moog K7289 – and several others were making them for a while.
I wish I had bought a dozen sets a few years back – so much for hindsight.

The next best fix would be to get a pair of new torsion bars from FFI. If you plan on taking on the twisty roads hard (which I do), then the FFI bars are the best thing – but pricy ($$$).

Looking at their website, I see they now carry pivot bushings and end bushings – but I doubt they come with the metal parts.
