I may have one. Do you know the length, diameter and type (7260 or 7290)?

All 1980's models would be using the small U-Joint (7260).
Getting the length of current shaft would be one half of the battle on finding a replacement.

I have a 4 door 904 8-1/4 prop shaft - but it won’t be for sale for a couple more years (still using it).

What's the length on your existing one? (had to word that carefully) maybe there's enough spline left for it to work.

Don't know. That's the measurement you gave me for yours. If I can't find a drop in one (jbody/904/8.25), ill just have one made with my old trans yoke.

Check yours and see what the diff. is. I think mine could engage the trans deep and still be ok
